Pushpin Modules: Logistics Accident Prevention Cost Control
Gear Step: Registration and Settings.
Old Key Keywords: Driver Registration, Destination and Origin Registration, Driver Consultation

The Person screen is used in the registration of Drivers, Suppliers, Customers and also places of origin and destination of the trips, if you wish to carry out this control through Geolocation.

The registration of drivers is done automatically. When a new driver is entered in the SASGC in the account used for the mirroring of the vehicles to the TMS, the driver will be automatically included in the TMS, this inclusion can take up to 2 hours to update.

When the registration is entered automatically, the data of Document (the document used to include the driver in the SASGC), Driver Login and Tracker ID, are automatically inserted. This data is essential for generating Journey and also linking infractions and deltas to drivers.

It is not advisable for drivers to be manually registered through the TMS, since the information required for the information links will end up not being filled in.

To check the registered ones already made, access the menu "Administration > Person", click on the "Person" option.
The "Person" screen will open, showing all the registered ones already made.
When drivers automatically integrate into the TMS, they will have their registered person marked as "Supplier", this marking will not influence the operation in the system, except for the Journey module, which should be changed to "Employee".
On the person screen we can also check the "Geolocation" column, if you want to use this registration as a point of origin or destination for trips, in the Logistics module, an address must be adjusted with Latitude and Longitude and with that the column pin will turn green.

To edit the information of any registration, just search for the desired driver using the Name, CPF/CNPJ or code filter.
After the search. when the "Person" screen is loaded, the user must click on the desired driver.
The screen will open with the driver's registration and the information can be changed.
Through this screen it is possible to edit Address, telephone, documents (added CPF, RG, CNH), among other information.
Once the Journey module is active, it will be possible to add the Driver's Shift and Calculation through this screen, as well as set the start date of the Driver's Journey.
To add a shift and a Calculation to the driver, you must access the "Journey" card, and select a Shift and a Calculation Configuration.
The "Start Date for Journey Control" field is used to open retroactive days in a driver's Time and Attendance Control, if they have been hired but their registered employee was not yet active in the TMS.
When you finish filling in the information, click on the Save button.
Note: When it is no longer necessary to track the data of a specific driver, simply deactivate it so that the data is no longer displayed on dashboards or generated alerts about that driver. To perform the inactivation, simply follow the steps shown in Blocking.
