When the registration screen opens, you must fill in the description, that is, the name of the event to be created, the Type (driver or vehicle) and the event control, which can be of 3 types:
Controls time between Start/End and triggers event at the beginning of the time count – Event used when you want to create an alert like “greater/greater than or equal” to the event time.
Example : Stop time exceeded – if the event is greater than or equal to 2h, an alert will be generated
Controls time between Start/End and triggers event at the end of the time count – Event used when you want to create an alert of the type “less/less than or equal” to the event time.
Example : Insufficient meal time – if the event is less than or equal to 1h (meal time) an alert will be generated.
Triggers event when the start condition occurs without time control between Start/End – Event used when you want to control the event's occurrence without interest in its duration.
Example : Controlling the arrival/departure of a vehicle at a given target.
If you want to prevent the processing of packets in memory from generating events out of order, you can select the Batch Processing option.
Note : If you want the control of events and alerts to be done in real time, do not select the Batch Processing option, since in this condition the system will receive all vehicle position packages and process them in order after 48 hours .

After opening the rules, you must select what will trigger the event. An event can be based on either Movement, Polygon Map, Current Macro, Previous Macro, RPM greater than zero, among others. Each selected event will have a condition to be imposed for the condition to be triggered.
Example :
Movement – condition: yes or no
Polygon Map – condition: inside the target, outside the target or outside the target.
Events can also be based on Macros. For tracker events to be registered based on macros, the layout of the macro to be used must be loaded into the GR account integrated into the TMS.
To configure the event, select the Macro that will open the event (Start Macro) on the left and the Macro that will end the event (End Macro) on the right.
Observation :
In the case of configuring events based on Macros, if there is a change in the macro layout used, the Event parameterization must be redone based on the current layout.
