To register the actions that will solve the alerts, access the "Operations Control > Register" menu, click on the "Action" option.
When the "Action" screen is loaded, the user should click on the "New" button on the right.
When the registration screen opens, you must fill in the description, that is, the name of the action to be created, select the Type (Vehicle or Driver) and the Type of Interaction (Manual or Automatic). In the case of Automatic Actions, the Amount of Interactions option will be enabled, which will be the number of times you will send a message to the driver.
In addition, one can select some other options:
- If you download the alert, it is mandatory to add an add-on.
- If the action represents an action that will resolve the alert.
- If you want to inhibit the alert for a certain period.
- If you want the action to end the event that is linked to the generated alert.
- If you want the action to download the alert as soon as the event ends.
If you choose to send messages, you must select the "Send message" option and then fill in the message to be sent. When the Alert is generated and has the automatic action linked, the registered message will be automatically sent to the driver's tablet.
From the command card, you can select which commands to send from an action. That is, when an alert is generated, it can be handled using an action that contains a specific command, and as soon as the action is used, the command will be triggered. Commands can be associated with "manual" or "automatic" actions.
When all the information is filled in, click Save. The information with * is mandatory for the completion of the registration.
To edit an existing Action, you must click on the description of the registered Action to open the registration screen.
Make the necessary edits on the registration screen of the Action to be edited and click on the Save button.
