To configure the behavior of the vehicle's Situations, based on the macros received, simply access the “CCO > Parameters” menu, click on the “Automatic Situation Settings” option.
When the “Automatic Situation Settings” screen is loaded, click the + button at the bottom right of the screen.
When the registration screen opens, select which method you want to use to update the automatic situation: Macro/App, Fence/Target or Maintenance Request.
If the Macro/App option is selected, a new card “Automatic Situation Parameterization” will open. This card must link the vehicle situations to their respective macro. Example: The “On Trip” situation was created and is assigned to the vehicle as soon as the “Start of Trip” macro is sent. Therefore, in the Start of Trip macro, the “On Trip” situation must be linked.
If the Fence/Target option is selected, a new card will open where the Polygon Map must be selected and then the Situation must be associated with the Entry and Exit conditions of that map.
For the Maintenance condition, you can select whether you want the type of Preventive or Corrective Maintenance. When selecting the desired option, a card will open to parameterize the Completed and Canceled status of maintenance requests. The “In Progress” Maintenance Status will automatically be associated with the “Preventive Maintenance (System)” or “Corrective Maintenance (System)” Situation.
After linking the desired situations, to save the settings made, you must click on the list button ☰ in the bottom right corner and select one of the available options:
- Save : Save the Automatic Situation Configuration;
- Save and New : Save the Automatic Situation Configuration and open the screen to create a new one;
To edit an existing automatic situation configuration, you must click on the description of the registered configuration to then open its registration screen. Make the necessary edits to the situation configuration record to be edited, click the bottom right button and select Save.
