To process information, such as removing telemetry violations or delta measurements from reports and dashboards, simply access the “Management > Management” menu, click on the “Information Maintenance” option.
When the “Information Maintenance” screen is loaded, the user must add filters to search for the information that will be purged. You must fill in the Type of Information (telemetry events or telemetry deltas), the Information (event), the license plate of the vehicle whose information will be purged, the date on which this information occurred. When you finish filling in the information, click Consult.
At the end of the query, the infractions or delta data will be displayed in a list for the selected period. From there, it is possible to make two types of changes:
.1 Disregard the information so that it does not appear in dashboards and reports;
.2 Change the driver of the infraction data or delta.
For case 1. Disregarding the information to be presented in the dashboards and reports, you must select from the displayed list which information will no longer be considered, removing the flag.
After selecting the information that will be disregarded, you must inform the reason for the edit. Then click Save.
For case 2. Changing the data driver, the “Change Driver” option must be selected on the “Reason for Editing” card. When selecting the option, the field to select the driver's name will appear.
You must then select the magnifying glass and look for the name of the Driver that will be allocated to the changed data. Then click “Search”.
Then select the Driver, and click on his name. After that, you will return to the home screen. You must select the Tracker ID number of the chosen driver.
Then, in the listed data, you must drag to the right until the “Edit Driver” column appears. Then click on the data you want to edit the driver, placing a flag.
Then select the reason for Editing and click Save.
After making the changes, you can see in the list which data has been changed, they will be marked with a green pencil in the “Edited” column. By clicking on the pencil you can see the log of changes to this data.
