To configure the sending of messages by email through the TMS, access the “System > Settings” menu, click on the “SMTP” option.
When the “Company” screen is loaded, the user fills in the information to register the email that will send the notifications.
  • Address : outgoing email server to be configured (ex:  smtp.live.com  – outlook/hotmail)
  • User : email that will be configured for sending (e.g.  alerts@servidor.com.br  )
  • Password : password registered for the email
  • Send To (Name) : name that will be displayed when the email is received (ex: TMS Alerts)
  • Send To (Email): email address that will be shown when the email is received
  • Reply To (Name) : name that will be displayed when there is a response to the notification received by email.
  • Reply To (Email): email address that will receive the response if there is any response to the notification sent.
After filling in the information, click the Test button to test the connection to the registered email. Enter a recipient email and a message and click Send.
If the test is successful, click the Save button.
