To create new users, in the “System > Registration” menu, click on the “Users” option.

When the “Users” screen is loaded, the user must click on the “New” button on the right.

When the registration screen opens, you must fill in the necessary information to create a new User. The fields Name, Username, Password (up to 8 characters), Repeat Password and Branch are mandatory fields to complete the registration.
Note : to receive these notifications via email it is necessary to configure the outgoing email that will send the notifications via email. The configuration is described in the SMTP

To give TMS screen permissions to a new user, in Permissions, you must click on the screens that will be released according to the user's contract modules. The permissions tree can be found on the Permissions page.

Then click on IP and select “Released”.

If there are a large number of users who have the same type of screen permission, it is possible to release the screens through the “Groups” tab, thus selecting the User Group to which this user will belong, the screens associated with this group will be released to the created user.
To release the reports, you must click on “Report Permission”. Then, allow the reports referring to the contracted module.

After completing the configurations and permissions, click the Save button.
