To access the maintenance plan screen, go to the "Maintenance > Registration" menu, click on the "Maintenance Plan" option.
When the "Maintenance Plan" screen is loaded, click on the + button at the bottom right of the screen.
When the maintenance plan registration screen opens, fill in the information such as the Description, you must inform the location of the maintenance of the Vehicle , the make, model, the maintenance time, etc.
In products/services, inform the Types of Request Product/Service by clicking on "+ New Product" or "+ New Service" that will be performed on the vehicle, then include the approximate values of these products/services that will be used and done by the maintenance technician on the days when it will be scheduled.
After filling in all the information, to save the Maintenance Plan, click on the ☰ in the lower-right corner and select one of the available options:
- Save: Save the Maintenance Plan;
- Save and New: Save the Maintenance Plan and open the screen to create a new one;
To edit an existing maintenance plan, click on the description of the registered plan and then open its registration screen. Make the necessary edits to the registration of the plan to be edited, click on the lower right button and select Save.
