: Logistics : Registration and Settings Types of Occurrences

To create a new Trip Occurence Type, in the “Trip Schedule > Trip Occurrence” menu, click on the “Trip Occurence Type” option.
When the “Trip Occurence Type” screen is loaded, click the + button at the bottom right of the screen.
When the Trip Occurence Type registration screen opens, in “Registration” you must fill in information such as the Description of the type of occurrence (for example, you can enter “Accident”, for when there is a record of an accident occurring ), in Observations you can insert any desired information related to the type of occurrence being created.
Then, on the left, you must select which types of information need to be requested when registering an occurrence and on the right, there is the option to select which of these entered information must be mandatory. To make it mandatory, you need to activate the switch button.
In “Send E-mail”, you must fill in the Recipient, Title and desired Message, so that when an Occurrence Record is registered, the e-mail is sent immediately.
To save the Trip Occurence Type created, click on the list button in the bottom right corner and select one of the available options:
- Save the Type of Occurrence;
- Save the Type of Occurrence and open the screen to create a new one;
To edit an existing Trip Occurence Type, you must click on the description of the registered Occurrence Type to open its registration screen. Make the necessary edits on the registration screen for the type of occurrence to be edited, click on the bottom right button and select Save.
