To create a new Trip, in the “Trip Schedule > Trip” menu, click on the “Trip” option.
When the “Trip” screen is loaded, click the + button at the bottom right of the screen.
When the Trip registration screen opens, fill in the information such as the vehicle that will carry out the trip, operation,  Load Type   ,  Travel Type   , Drivers, Date of issue, etc.
On the Orders card, schedule the Orders, with the Start and End dates of the orders, the Origin and Destination locations.
Select the route of the trip and add additional information about the trip, such as issuing branch, branch of origin and destination and starting km. At the end of the Trip, fill in the end KM.
On the Log card above the Other Information card, it will indicate when the trip entered the New or Approved status, and the respective reasons for these situations.
To save the created Trip, click on the list button in the bottom right corner and select one of the available options:
  • Save: Save the trip without approving;
  • Save and New: Save the trip and open the screen to create a new one;
  • Save and Approve: Save the trip and approve;
To edit, approve, cancel or delete an existing Trip, you must click on the description of the registered Trip to open its registration screen.
Make the necessary edits on the Trip registration screen to be edited, click on the bottom right button and select Save.
To delete or cancel, click on the respective buttons. In case of saved and unapproved Trips, click on the “Approve” button to approve the Trip.
If the trip is not completed because the vehicle does not position itself within the location indicated as the end of the trip, the “End Trip” button can also be used.
Button called integration, displays all travel non-integration situations and their respective reasons for non-integration.
