Vehicle registration is carried out by mirroring the registrations made on the Sasgc/Sascar Customer Portal.
Access the “Operation > Vehicle” menu, click on the “Vehicle” option.
After loading the Inquiry Screen, it will be possible to check the information such as the status of the vehicles, registered license plates, and access the vehicles to adjust the
information.
If you want to search for a specific vehicle, you can use the quick filter, located next to the "License plate" column, by clicking on the "funnel". To filter using other information, you can use the General filter at the top of the screen, located next to the +New button.
Using the general filter it is possible to search for the desired vehicle by tracker number, status, license plate, make, model and other information.
If you want to change any vehicle information, just click on the desired vehicle and the Registration screen will open. From this screen, it is possible to complete the vehicle registration with information on Chassis, Renavam, Type (Trailer, Horse), Fuel Type, Make and Model, among others. This information, if filled in, can be used in filters of some Dashboard components.
When completing the registration of the new vehicle, click the Save button.
Remembering that some information is mandatory to be filled in to save the edition of the vehicle registration:
•Kind
• Fuel (if the vehicle type is a Motor vehicle)
To deactivate a vehicle, simply access the vehicle through the registration screen, and when you open the vehicle screen, click on the menu ☰ and select Move
When you open the Movement modal, select "Sell" and enable the "Inactivate" checkbox. To finish, just click on "Save".
