To access the monitoring screen, in the "CCO > Monitoring" menu, click on the "Fleet" option.

Vehicle

General operation of the screen

Once loaded, the "Vehicle" panel initially displays a list of all vehicles that have vehicle-type alerts (parameterized in the  Alert Panel   ). The "Alert" column displays the number of alerts generated for the respective vehicle.
If you want to view your entire fleet on the vehicle dashboard, regardless of whether the alert is generated or not, just click on the "Normal" button.
To view more details of a particular vehicle, simply click on it. On the right side will be displayed the details of that vehicle, such as: Ignition (whether it is on or off), Layout (macro sequencing currently embedded in the vehicle), Lock (whether the vehicle is locked or not).
Other information displayed in this details window is: Last Position (date and time of the vehicle's last position), Tracker ID (vehicle tracker number), Location, and City.
By clicking on the "Open Map" button, it is possible to view the location of the vehicle's last position on the map.
To view the vehicles that are near a particular vehicle, click on the first button with the "Truck" icon, located in the left corner of the map. To increase or decrease the viewing radius of nearby vehicles, click on the "Radius" modal, located on the right of the map.
Note: In order for vehicles near a particular vehicle to appear, it must meet the 3 requirements:
– The vehicle must be in active status;
– Only vehicles with the last position's date/time updated within 1 hour of the current date/time will be displayed;
– The vehicle must be in active status;
– Only vehicles that are located within the radius parameterized by the user on screen will be displayed;
To view the route of a particular vehicle, click on the second button with the "Red Route" icon located in the left corner of the map.
To view and compare the route taken with the desired route of a particular vehicle, click on the third button with the "Route in blue" icon, located in the left corner of the map.
Note: The planned route is linked to the trip, that is, the route that is linked to the trip that the vehicle is currently taking will be displayed. If the vehicle does not have any linked trips at the moment, the planned route that will be displayed will be the route of the most recent trip made, as long as this trip has been completed within the last 24 hours.
The "Link Trip" tab allows you to manually link a Trip ( Trip Schedule  ) to a vehicle that has not automatically started its trip.
Clicking on the "Link Trip" option will open a pop-up with approved trips for the selected vehicle. You must then select the trip to be linked to be able to have the alert controls of the trip in question, and fill in what was the Actual Start Date of the trip. Then you have to click on Save.
The "Alerts" tab lists all the alerts generated for the vehicle, with their respective dates and times. To view more information about a specific alert, simply click on its "Details" button.
In the "Details" window of the alert, it is also possible to view on the map the start and end locations of the event that generated the alert, by clicking on the "Open Map" icon.
In the center of the screen we have the "Actions History", where you will have information about the actions performed by the vehicle at the time it was on.
In the "Automatic Commands and Status" card, it is possible to view the commands and their respective statuses, if this alert has an automatic action linked, and this action is parameterized to send commands.
In the "Messages" tab, you can view all the messages sent by the driver. In the "Message" field it is possible to write a message to the driver and then click on the "Send Message" button. The sent message will appear on the driver's tablet screen.

The "Macros" tab lists all macros sent in the vehicle, with their respective dates and times, and macro layout code. It is also possible to view the location where the macro was sent on the map by clicking on the "Open Map" icon.
By hovering your cursor over the information icon, you can view the information that the driver has entered within the macro.
The "Tachofresh" tab lists all the events sent in the vehicle through the integration with TachoFresh (Spain), with their respective dates and times, license plate, driver and date and time of integration.
On the fleet screen, when you right-click on a vehicle, you have the option to record notes for a vehicle, handle Alerts manually, the option to launch an occurrence, change the vehicle's situation and also change the Operation.
Annotations: Right-click and select the "Annotations" option. Clicking on this option will directly open a screen to record notes for the selected vehicle.
Occurrences: Right-click and select the "Occurrences" option. By clicking on this option, it will be possible to register an occurrence in the vehicle without having to leave the monitoring screen. To do this, simply select the type of occurrence you want.
When the Occurrence Record pop-up opens, fill in the information as the  Trip Occurence Type  (for example if it is an accident occurrence, then in this option you can select "Accident"). When selecting the type of occurrence, the fields that were selected for this type will be displayed, you must then inform the displayed fields, such as the vehicle that will be registered for this occurrence, Fleet Number, Drivers, Trip Code,  Travel Type    Load Type   B.O number, date of issue, etc.
Situation: Right-click and select the "Situation" option. Selecting this option will open a pop-up in which you can select the situation ( Vehicle location  ) in which the vehicle is located. When you're done, click save.
Operation: Right-click and select the "Operation" option. By selecting this option, a pop-up will open in which it will be possible to allocate the vehicle to the desired Operation ( Operation Type  ), or remove the vehicle from the Operation in which the vehicle is located. For this functionality, you can allocate one or more operations. When you're done, click save.
If the user wishes to select only one type of panel, they can select in the gear which one they want to view, namely, the "Vehicle Panel" and the "Driver's Panel".
If you want to select which columns to display, just click on the orange icon next to the Tracker option. It will then open a small screen below, where you can choose which columns you want to display in the monitoring panels. Once you've selected the columns you want, select the Save button.
If the user wants to move the column at a specific point in the Vehicle Panel, it will only be necessary to press on the desired column and drag it to the desired point and wait until the screen loads.
Then, it will be possible to see the change of position of the column on the fleet screen, as we can see in the image below, we drag the Vehicle Plate to the first position of the column, whereas before it was in the third column.
To manually send commands, click on the "Menu" button located on the right side of the Vehicles card.
When you load the "Submenu", click on the "Commands" option.

Sending Commands

The "Send Commands" screen that will load contains the cards: Vehicles and Commandos. On this screen, it will be possible to send the following commands:
  • A remote control for a vehicle;
  • Multiple controls for a vehicle;
  • One control for multiple vehicles;
  • Multiple controls for multiple vehicles;
After making the settings of the command you want to be sent, click on the "Send Commands" button, located in the lower right corner of the "Send Commands" screen.
A confirmation message will appear and to confirm the sending of commands, click on the "Confirm" option.
When you click "Confirm", the message "All commands have been sent" will appear. Also the "Open Reports Screen" and "Ok" options. If you want to be directed to the reports screen to view the commands sent, click on "Open Reports Screen".

Driver

The monitoring screen also has a box called "Driver", which lists all drivers that have driver-type alerts (parameterized in the  Alert Panel   ). In the upper right corner of the "Driver" board there are two buttons: Tracker and Journey, and they are responsible for which alerts will be displayed on the driver dashboard. The "Alert" column displays the number of alerts generated for the respective driver.
To view more details of a particular driver, just click on it.

On the right-hand side, you will see the details of that driver, as well as the list of alerts generated ("Alerts" tab), the list of messages sent by the driver ("Message" tab) and the list of macros sent by the driver ("Macros" tab).
If the user wants to view the monitoring dashboard in full-screen mode, they can simply click on the "full screen" button located at the top right corner of the screen.

Handling Alerts

The user has three options for handling alerts:
  • Handle the alert individually directly from the monitoring dashboard.
  • Handle the alert individually via the "Alerts" tab in the details window.
  • Handle alerts in batch by alert type.
Note: Alerts are handled by launching actions, which are registered on the  Action  screen and associated with the respective alert registration (  Alert Panel   )

Handle the alert individually directly from the monitoring dashboard.

Right-click on the vehicle, select the "Alerts" option, and after the list of alerts is loaded, select the alert that will be handled and then click on the name of the action that will be launched.
On the "Action (Alert)" screen that will be loaded, the selected action will automatically appear in the "Action" field. The user must click on the "Save" button to launch the action.
A message will then appear informing you that the alert has been successfully resolved.

Handle the alert individually via the "Alerts" tab in the details window.

Click on the vehicle whose alert will be handled. In the "Alerts" tab, click on the button  Action  the alert to be handled.
On the "Action (Alert)" screen that will be loaded, the user must enter the action code in the "Action" field or search for it through the "Search" button. After selecting the action, the user must click on the "Save" button to launch the action.
