To deactivate or block a Person's registration, access the "Administration > Person" menu and click on "Blocking".
When the "Blocking" screen is loaded, the user must search for the Person to be blocked/inactivated, this search can be done through the CPF/CNPJ number, the Person's registration number, or through the Branch. Then click Consult.
Once you've found the person to be disabled/blocked, click on their name to open the Block page.
Describe why this change will be made, and then choose the "Block" or "Inactivate" action.
