To handle bulk alerts, go to CCO > Maintenance > Batch Action Launch or through the Fleet View.
On the "Launch Batch Action" screen, fill in the necessary information to search for alerts, and the fields with * are mandatory. After filling it out, click on the "Consult" button.
All the alerts found will be listed and the user will be able to select which ones will be handled through the selection fields located to the left of each alert. To select all alerts at once, click on the icon indicated below.
After selecting the alerts that will be handled, choose the action that will be launched for all selected alerts, if the solution represents a solution, select the "Represents Solution" option. If the alert is of the inhibit alert type, you must select the "Inhibit Alert" option, then click on the "Save" button.
Additional options for action launching:
Inhibit Alert: If this option is selected, the user must enter the period in minutes that this alert will be inhibited. If this period expires, the alert will return if it is still meeting the conditions for generating the alert.
End Event: If this option is selected, the user can end the event that is open and that consequently generates the alert again every time it is handled.
Note: The above two options will be enabled for use only if these options are selected in the registration of the chosen action ( Action ).
